HISTORY

Trailblazers Preparatory Academy was born out of a vision God  

gave Dr. Josie C. Campbell, January 05, 2000. 

The formation of the School took place October 29, 2020.

 Admission FAQs

Yes, we only accept online applications. Start your application.

The teacher, principal, and pastor recommendation forms can be found on the confirmation email sent once your online application is complete. You may also contact the Admissions Department at download forms, complete then email to admin@tpa-sa.org .

Is there any tuition assistance?

We currently do not have Tuition Assistance but we have set this as one of our goals. Once Tuition Assistance becomes available, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Tuition assistance is a separate application and must be completed in conjunction with Admissions online application to be considered. We are looking at  several programs to provide tuition assistance. Please visit the tuition & fees Page for additional information.

How many students in the class rooms?

In  K4-5, we strive to keep the class size at 16:1. In 1st-12th grade, class sizes vary by grade and course, but the average is 20:1.

 Is the Campus Safe?

At TPA, we maintain our own Security Department, which is led by our campus security our goal is to recruit peace officers certified in the state of Texas. Security officers on-site before school begins in the morning until evening events are complete. Our long-term goal is to  have officers on campus over the weekend and on school holidays.

Where are officers located on campus and what are their duties?

Officers are posted at the entrance and we do not allow visitors on campus unless they have been cleared through our security team. When visitors exit their vehicles, they are required to sign in at one of the front offices to obtain a visitor badge. Visitors who do not obtain clearance and a badge will be escorted off campus.

When does school begin and ends?

Elementary School begins at 8:00 am and is released to car line/shuttles at 3:15 pm Secondary School begins at 8:00 am and the school day ends at 3:25 pm.
